201 Marshall – Redwood City’s Latest Luxury Dwelling

We were so excited to have celebrated the grand opening of our latest installation, 201 Marshall in Redwood City, CA! It was a great celebration for the city and the rejuvenation of the downtown area. The opening ceremony brought together the developer, collaborators, residents and neighbors.

According to Erin Ashford, “201 Marshall is the first large project approved under Redwood City’s Downtown Precise Plan. The Downtown Precise Plan has a stated goal “to restore downtown as the indispensable hub of the City, with a mix of diverse services, conveniences, experiences and lifestyle choices.” The plan was designed “to create a true downtown, including ample public transportation, housing, retail and office space.” ” (1)

Inside the stunning exterior, lay the exquisite details Inovus procured for this new community. Throughout the community areas and the individual units, there is an artistic balance of sleek and cozy. We utilized a diversity of natural and man-made materials, to create a unique place to call home.
